Manufacturing a KAMIOKA machine starts at our wood-molding department and cast-iron foundry.
Cast-iron components are staged and organized at KAMIOKA plant before they are moved into production.
Applying state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities, the cast-iron components are completely machined by our own equipment which is able to control both accuracy and production consistency.
Thousands of other parts (both purchased and manufactured) like spinde units and other precision parts are tested before final assembly.
The genuine craftsmanship and technical experience go into all assembly steps such as the slideway scarfing, parts installation and micron tolerance adjustment.
Each KAMIOKA machine is subjected to numerous examinations, including 100% ball bar test, real cutting, (12 hours) and at least 120 hours of actual running before shipment.
We're always carful on packaging details and make sure the machine will be well delivered.
Not only delivering high-quality machine tools, we also provide the service before and after a sale. Our customers and partners always get our suggestions and evaluation before their purchase such as how to proceed with their workpiece and how to choose a right model for their work.
